The
group started with trading activities in the year 1980 from BARNALA, a small
township in PUNJAB state in India and catered to the entire Textile, Leather,
Paper, Rubber & Paint Industry all over Punjab. The sale at that stage
was 75 M.T. / annum in retail packing.
In the year 1991, the group embarked upon an ambitious expansion programme
& started manufacturing activities in the field of BASIC Dyes like Magenta,
Malachite Green, Reactive, Acid & Direct Dyes by setting up a small scale
unit in Sonepat in Haryana state. It was through the vision & handwork
of Mr.Pawan Kumar Gupta, the pioneer of the group that the group began to
flourish in all its activities by leaps and bounds & established the largest
trader network throughout India.
The Group, at present with offices situated in DELHI, BARNALA & LUDHIANA
is all set to achieve further growth and expansion under the dynamic leadership
of Mr. Ashok Kumar Garg & Mr. Naresh Kumar Garg. The total sale achieved
in the year 1998-99 was 2000 M.T. / annum of Dyes and Dye-Intermediates and
the sale is expected to cross 3000 M.T / annum by the end of this millenium.
